Core Responsibilities:
• Preparing product packages and quotations
• Sourcing pricing, product information, and completing the order process
• Answering client inquiries on behalf of the Sales Associates
• Sourcing project opportunities through REED Insight, Biddingo and supplier references
• Attending and documenting company meetings
• Monitoring, maintaining and ordering office supplies
• Maintaining an inventory of current supplier catalogues and marketing materials

• Organized, enthusiastic and detail oriented
• Ability to prioritize own work and multi-task
• Advanced MS Office skills
• Advanced communication skills
• Ability to work both within a team environment and also independently
• Experience working in a project-based work environment is an asset
• Experience working with CRM software systems is an asset
• Construction/Engineering background is an asset
